CJD has got talents!

14th March 2024, Thursday, a sunny morning. Our school assembly hall was packed with parents, staff and students from Early Years to Year 5. They have been waiting for the annual show to begin. 

This year, we had 31 students presenting altogether 19 gigs on the stage. Besides the most popular dancing and singing sessions, we had athletes showing fantastic soccer tricks and gymnastics choreography, and musicians playing folk tunes and pop songs on the piano and accordions. A guitarist played and sang like a rock star. A writer premiered her poem “Spring,” and a comedian shared her funny jokes with us. 

We spent an hour full of joy, laughter, creativity, and energetic moments. 

It was a fantastic show, and our Music teacher, Mrs Yau, was very proud of all the participants. The countless hours the kids spent preparing and practising were appreciated and recognised by the audience with frenetic applause.  Big Thank you to Mrs Yau for organizing this amazing event.
