Admissions

All you need for admissions at our school
  1. Admissions

Join Our School – Admission Process

We’re delighted that you’re considering our school for your child. Our admission process is designed to be personal, transparent, and supportive every step of the way.

1. Get in Touch
Reach out to us via email, phone, or our inquiry form. We’ll acknowledge your request promptly and connect you with the right contact person.

2. Personal Guidance
One member of our leadership team (or Liaison Coordinator for boarding students) will be your main point of contact. They will guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you understand our programmes and requirements.

3. Consultation & Document Submission
We ask that you provide the necessary documents for the admission review. We will schedule a meeting in school or online to get to know your child, discuss admission details and plan up to three trial days if possible.

4. Assessment & Placement
Our academic team carefully reviews each application to ensure the best possible class placement and learning environment for your child.

5. Boarding Option (if applicable)
If you do not come to the region as a family, we plan admission meetings together with the Head of the Boarding House and provide full details about residential life and costs.

6. Offer of Admission
Once all steps are completed, you will receive an official offer including your child’s year placement, along with the school contract and more information about policies and procedures at our school.

7. Welcome to Our Community
After enrolment, we ensure a smooth transition by preparing teachers and staff to warmly welcome your child into our school community. We aim to integrate new students fast, even if they do not speak English (yet). For our new families, we host an Open House afternoon on the last day of the summer break to show them around and welcome them to our school.

School Uniform

At CJD International School, we have uniforms to promote a sense of belonging, unity and school pride, as well as to provide a safe and comfortable learning environment.

Pieces of the uniform

Our school uniform consists of lots of pieces with the CJD International School logo on the front side. All visible clothing pieces must be part of the official uniform, with the only exception being jeans. All jeans must be navy (dark blue) or black in colour and are not permitted to have any fading, light patches, discolouration, adornments or logos visible on them.

Our Primary students wear colourful shirts, and older students are expected to wear white school uniform shirts. Don't forget some warmer pieces for the cold days!
