A Memorable Visit to Our Partner School in Sweden

Our journey began with a long trip by bus and ferry. Although travelling took quite some time, the excitement of meeting our Swedish partners made it all worthwhile. During our stay, we enjoyed fun evenings at the hostel, where we had plenty of opportunities to get to know each other better, share stories and make new friends.

During the school days, we took part in a variety of lessons and activities. We had the opportunity to shadow Swedish students in their everyday school life and experience a different school system. We also joined maths lessons and Swedish as a foreign language classes, which gave us an insight into how students learn in Sweden. One of the highlights was an intercultural debate, where we exchanged ideas, discussed different perspectives and learned more about each other's cultures and ways of life.

Another exciting part of our trip was a day out in Gothenburg. We visited the Activate Centre, where we enjoyed fun and active challenges together, before having some time to explore the city and go shopping.

All in all, our visit was a great experience. We learned a lot about Swedish school life and culture, improved our language and communication skills, and, most importantly, made new friendships. The trip showed us how valuable international school partnerships are and how much we can learn from one another.

We are already looking forward to welcoming our Swedish partners to our school in April 2027. We cannot wait to return their hospitality and create even more unforgettable memories together!
